The Owner (Tony Mason) hopes you have a wonderful stay at Rock Cottage and in St Ives, and will do everything he can to ensure this is the case. However I’m sure you will understand, it is in the interest of both parties for there to be contractual obligations associated with the letting of Rock Cottage.
These are not intended to be onerous, or in any way curtail the enjoyment of your stay. Fairness and reasonableness according to circumstances will be the guiding principle at all times.
MAKING A BOOKING SIGNIFIES YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THESE CONDITIONS.
